How long does shipping take?
- We'll receive your order and process it within 1-2 business days after purchase. As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email with tracking info. Delivery takes 1-4 weeks after item ships. Generally items will be received within 2-3 weeks. Our items ship directly from our manufacturers overseas to your door to save you additional shipping costs.
- Although standard shipping is FREE some items may be expedited but the customer is responsible for the expedited shipping fee. Please send e-mail to email@example.com BEFORE purchase to see if an item can be expedited. You will receive an estimate on the cost of shipping at this time. Once the order is placed it cannot be expedited so please check with us before purchase!
If you'd like to return your items (within 30 days of receipt) you may do so. The customer is required to pay return shipping fees as they are nonrefundable. Please note, in order to qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, unwashed or altered in any way, with tags, and in their original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
- To submit an inquiry for a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and list the subject as RETURN. We will reply back shortly with return instructions.
- A refund will be processed within approximately 3-5 business days after we receive your return. You will receive a confirmation email from us when we've completed your refund.
- Items will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Any item listed as a FINAL SALE will not be eligible for return.
- These items are not eligible for refund for hygienic reasons. Swimwear, beanies/winter hats, headbands, socks.
We want you to be happy! We will replace your item if you suspect it has a manufacturing defect.
- We need a photo of the item so please e-mail pictures to email@example.com with DEFECT in the subject line so that our team can review and provide a resolution.
- Defective items will be replaced with the same item. In the event it becomes unavailable you will be issued a gift card to use as store credit.
- Defective items do not include variation in color or pattern of design.
- At this time we do not offer exchanges, but you may return your items and repurchase the size needed.
Lost in Transit/USPS
If your item is lost in transit you must contact the courier to find out what happened with your package.
Safe Haven will not send replacements for orders that were purchased with the wrong delivery address.
I didn't get all of my items.
- Sometimes items are ready to ship before others. We ship them out as soon as they are packaged and addressed directly from our manufacturers. There is no additional cost for items that ship in different packages. We ask that you allow the full 4 week time frame before contacting customer service.
Discounts cannot be combined. One discount code will work at a time.
